Joe has now been in surgery for 8 hours. The nurse’s updates seem very positive and it’s sounding like the surgeon will be able to get to all of the tumors.
The doctors are putting the heated chemo in now. They refer to it as a “shake and bake” because it’s put in his belly and then they shake it around for about 90 minutes.
We are waiting for an update for a surgeon and we know they still have some work to do.
Thank you for all of the #JoeStrong love. It has kept us all very entertained while we wait. Xoxo

I was shown this site by a co-worker who saw it in the paper. I too have colon cancer at age 48–I have been praying for Joe and family for the past week. My prayer is too heal him and also let him know that God is the creator and he is so loved by him.
Saying lots of prayers for both of you. God bless.
